FaZe Apex debunks rumors of FaZe Clan moving out of CS

Amidst FaZe Clan going through significant changes inside and outside the organization, fans were under the impression that their CS2 team led by Finn ‘karrigan’ Anderson would be dropped which as things stand is not the case as confirmed by founding member FaZe Apex.

FaZe Clan went through economic turmoil and as a result, they had to let go of several esports athletes and content creators. The organization has significantly reduced the number of esports teams they own given they are expensive to maintain. When the organization was downsizing, fans feared that their flagship esports team, i.e. the CS2 roster would also be dissolved but to their relief, that is far from the reality.

FaZe CS2 team falls under the list of one of the most successful CS2 teams out there. Since its inception during the CSGO era, the dramatic story of FaZe Clan is unlike any CS team. Through its ups and downs, the CS2 under the leadership of different players has managed to bag the biggest accolades the game has to offer.

“I’ve had so many people tweet saying, ‘Please keep the CS team.’ Are you guys crazy? We have the literal GOATs. We trust in karrigan. We trust in all the boys. These guys are nuts. We’re definitely staying in CS.” said Apex, confirming that they are retaining the CS2 team.

FaZe Clan’s CS2 roster is arguably the most consistent CS2 roster in the world at the moment. Even though they might have missed out on a few trophies, the team has managed to reach the grand finals of every CS2 event they played in until their recent loss against Team Vitality in the ESL Pro League which goes to show that they are on the right track.

Suffice it to say that it would be unwise to let go of the team at such a stage and FaZe Clan is not making that mistake.
