Find out Who Are Arguably the Top 3 Youngest CS2 Players in the World

CS2 has more teenagers playing the game than ever and the future of the tournaments that Valve seems to have up their sleeves looks promising. A few years back, just the thought of a teenager approaching their parent to pursue esports as their career would send shivers down their spine, but post-COVID there has been a wave of realization as to how much esports can positively touch people’s lives.

This has even led every other pro team to find and invest in young talents from academy or FPL teams. Kicking it off with the list.

Mzinho: 16 yrs

The youngest of them all, Mzinho at the age of just 16yrs is one of the high ranking – tier 1 CS2 players worldwide. The Mongoz’s roster is just a sheer example of how taking a chance on youth and forgoing experienced veterans can sometimes be a viable strategy. More so, the average age of the entire team sits right under 20 years, making them one of the only rosters that can still walk around without a stick in the coming couple of decades.

Jokes aside, even Mzinho being the prodigy he is, struggled at the beginning of his career in the Mongolz often finishing tournaments with a negative K/D. However, with constant improvement, he has been climbing up the ladder even against some of the best teams in the world at the ESL Pro league season 19.

Donk: 17 yrs

There just aren’t enough words to express what a fairytale Donk’s career has been so far, considering he is just a 17-year-old kid. The Russian spectacle earned the tournament MVP medal right away at his first tier one LAN i.e the Betboom Dacha Dubai 2023

He even went on to give a record-breaking performance at IEM Katowice, where he averaged a mind-bending 1.7 rating throughout the entire tournament, with Spirit claiming the trophy over FaZe Clan. If Donk somehow manages to keep delivering like his track record shows, there is nothing that can stop him from becoming one of the best CS2 players in the years to come.

Jimpphat: 17 yrs

MOUZ has been banking on younger talents in the recent past & it’s safe to say that it is paying off. The team even won the ESL Pro League Season 19 and while the whole squad was putting up what was an overall well-rounded gameplay, 17-year-old Jimpphat was lighting up games with his erudite anchoring skills and numerous multi-kill rounds.

Even in the tier one CS2 scene, Jimpphat felt right at home to go on and become one of the best players in the world for his position, which is a testament to his spectacular talent and abilities.

Finally, there is just one thing that gives them the advantage over all of the other prodigies in the world: time. With their careers just starting in esports, they have decade-long sessions to practice and hone their skills, iron out their flaws, and become the best version of themselves out in the world.

We’re excited to see how they move along in their careers and provide us with gameplay that will be a pleasure to watch!
