The streaming community turned upside down when one of the greatest streamers in Dr. Disrespect was abruptly handed a ban without any reason published whatsoever and in a recent transparency session Twitch acknowledged the ban.
Last summer saw Dr. Disrespect permanently part ways with Twitch with no apparent reason disclosed by Twitch. Several reasons were put forward as to what forced Twitch to take down one of their biggest stars and at this point, his ban remains one of the most well-kept secrets on the internet. No concrete reason was concluded behind his ban and Twitch denied answering any answer related to it.
“As is our process, we take appropriate action when we have evidence that a streamer has acted in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service,” “These apply to all streamers regardless of status or prominence in the community.” this was all Twitch said at the time.
As said earlier, it remains one of the most well-kept secrets of the internet so far. Twitch has been solid from their standpoint and not responded to a single query regarding the topic. Regardless of all that, both parties, Twitch and Doc have moved on and Doc is enjoying his new home on YouTube.
