Genshin Impact 2.4 is scheduled to hit the live servers globally on January 5, 2022. The new update is set to introduce a plethora of new content to the open-world RPG by miHoYo including new characters, events, and a new area for the players to explore.
The Xiao banner will see a rerun as a part of the Character Event Wish-2 system. The new character, Shenhe, will also have her own banner happening simultaneously, and they will feature the same 4-Star character drop rate boost.
According to a recent Tweet by Lumie, the 4-Star characters on the Xiao and Shenhe banners with a drop rate boost will be Ningguang and Chongyun.
However, these leaks have been officially confirmed by miHoYo as of yet, so take them with a grain of salt.
