Genshin Impact 3.3 is the upcoming patch that’s set to hit the open-world action RPG next month, and it will bring with it a bunch of new content to the game. These additions that will come alongside the Genshin Impact 3.3 update include two new characters, reruns for two older characters, and much more.

Genshin Impact 3.3 Release Date

As mentioned by HoYoverse earlier this year, the Genshin Impact 3.3 update will hit the live servers around December 7, 2022.

Genshin Impact 3.3 Update Details: New Characters

The 3.3 update will add two new playable characters to Genshin Impact – Wanderer and Faruzan. The Wanderer, also known as Scaramouche, was previously an antagonist in the game and has been referred to as The Balladeer. He is the Sixth of the Fatui Harbingers. The upcoming update will make him a playable character in the game.

While Scaramouche is a 5-star character, Genshin Impact 3.3 update will also bring with it a new 4-star character to the game – Faruzan. The Enigmatic Machinist is also set to join the list of playable characters in Genshin Impact during the first half of the 3.3 update.

Other than these new characters, Genshin Impact 3.3 is also set to bring a plethora of exciting content to the game including reruns, a TCG, artifact sets, and events.

Here are the banners that you can expect to see in Genshin Impact 3.3:

  • First Phase Characters: The Wanderer (5-star), Arataki Itto (5-star), Faruzan (4-star).
  • First Phase Weapons: Tullaytullah’s Remembrance Catalyst, Redhorn Stonethresher Claymore.
  • Second Phase Characters: Raiden Shogun, Kamisato Ayato.
  • Second Phase Weapons: Engulfing Lightning Polearm, Haran Geppeaku Futsu Sword.
