Genshin Impact 4.0 Leaks: Fontaine Map and Hydroculus Count Revealed

Genshin Impact, the globally acclaimed action RPG, is set to introduce a new region, Fontaine, in its upcoming 4.0 version. This follows the conclusion of the main storyline in Sumeru, paving the way for new adventures, characters, and environments. The Hydro Nation, situated near the Gavireh Lajavard desert in Sumeru, is expected to offer players a fresh and immersive gaming experience.

The Fontaine map, a key feature of the Genshin Impact 4.0 patch, was recently leaked on Reddit. The leak suggests that Fontaine is a vast nation, boasting two Statues of the Seven, two domains, and 33 teleport waypoints. The map also indicates a blue section, hinting at a network of tunnels and underwater sites ripe for exploration.

The Statue of the Seven in Fontaine, representing the Archon, is depicted as a tall woman with twin tails, draped in a robe and wielding a long sword with a unique scale-like handle. This could be a symbolic representation of her Divine Ideal of Justice.

The latest leaks also shed light on the Hydroculus count required to fully upgrade the Fontaine Statue of the Seven. Players will need 271 Hydroculi to max out the Hydro Archon’s Statue, a number that matches the count in Sumeru. This is a welcome relief for players, as the Oculus count required to level up a Statue has typically increased with each new country’s release.

Please note that these details are based on leaks and may change in the final version of the game. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to explore the world of Genshin Impact.
