You must complete Johnny Silverhand’s side quests “Tapeworm” and “Chippin’ In”.
In the quest “Chippin In” select these dialogues:
1.) “Let’s do something about that.”
2.) “The guy who saved my Life.”
3.) “Nah, fucked that up too.”
4.) “What do you want from me?”
5.) “But as second chances go, this is your last.”
6.) “You were a real dick in the beginning.”
7.) “Yeah, I’ll call rogue.”
2.) Next, you’ll have to complete Rogue’s quest “Blistering Love”.
3.) In the quest “Nocturne Op55N1” select the option “Think you and Rogue should go.” and wait for around 5 minutes.
4.) Johnny will now offer you another option where you can go Solo and raid the Arasaka tower all by yourself.
Keep in mind, this is the most difficult mission in the entire game and dying will result in the end credits.
You can’t save the game either, make sure your V has all the necessary weapons and upgrades before going for this ending.
