How to unlock the Pale Heart Region?
To find the feather in the Pale Heart Region, you first need to unlock the region which was added as part of The Final Shape expansion for Destiny 2. This region is not accessible at the beginning of the campaign in the expansion. The only way to unlock the Pale Heart Region is by completing the campaign missions.
Once you have completed all campaign missions. All you have to do is locate Micah-10, a member of the Vanguard who you’ll encounter often in The Final Shape. After a cutscene, the Place Heart Region should now be unlocked and free to explore.
Where to find the feather in the Pale Heart Region?
Finding this feather is not as easy as it sounds. The Pale Heart Region is massive which means it can take a lot of time to find this feather. You can gather a feather in the caves of The Refraction, there should be a feather on top of a big rock.
This is not the only feather you can find. The game has more than 50 feathers scattered across the map. So hurry and find them all, as collecting these feathers provides significant XP.
