First of all, the secret ending of Cyberpunk 2077 is really very tough. Basically, you will have to fight alone without any help and if you fail the game will end there. There will be no re-attempt. However, this ending will save most lives as you have to play alone with Johnny.

How to get the secret ending in Cyberpunk?

  • Once you start the Chippin’ In side-mission, you will have to complete all the tasks.
  • After that, there will be a moment where you will talk to Johnny.
  • You have to pick the “Inscribe Johnny’s initials” dialogue.
  • Then Johnny will ask you a question and you have to answer it with “The Guy who Saved My Life”.
  • At the next step, you have to select “Na, fu*ked that up too”.
  • Once Johnny asks you if it is too late for a second chance, select “what do you want from me?”
  • Next, you have to select “as last chances go, this is your last.”
  • Then select “You were a real di*k in the beginning.”
  • At the next step select “When you said you let down your friends.”
  • After that select “Smasher biz really got to her.”
  • Then select “I’ll call Rogue.”
  • Complete the Blistering Love mission.
  • Just before the final mission, Johnny will ask you to make a choice. But you don’t have to make any choice. You just have to wait.
  • Then Johnny will ask you to make another choice going on a suicide run alone after a few minutes.
  • The secret mission “Don’t fear the reaper” will start now.
