Escape from Tarkov is back again on the Twitch Rivals showdown event and to celebrate the inclusion of the game, developer Battlestate Games is hosting a new round of Escape from Tarkov Twitch Drops.
During the Twitch Rivals event, viewers will have a chance to get exclusive Escape from Tarkov Twitch Rivals in-game items. Each Drop will only be available to claim for 7 days, so don’t forget to collect them in-game.
How to get Escape from Tarkov Twitch Drops?
To earn drops during the Twitch Rivals event NA Showdown or EU showdown, all you need to do is watch and have an active copy of the game with your Twitch account linked to your game profile.
The tournament will be broadcasted live on the official Battlestate Games for the Russian audience and the official Twitch Rivals channel for the English audience. Plus, all the participants will have Drops enabled on their Twitch channels, so you can watch channels streaming in the language of your choice and earn drops at the same time.
The Twitch Rivals international event for European contestants starts on May 11th, 2021, while for the North American contestants the event starts on May 18th, 2021. This time the event will be held in 2 stages on private servers, with 24 teams consisting of 3 players each. The overall prize pool is $30000 for each European and North American event.
How to link Twitch account to Escape from Tarkov profile?
To get drops you need to link your Twitch account with your Escape from Tarkov game profile. In order to do that you only need an active copy of the game.
- Visit the official Escape from Tarkov site and log in to your game profile.
- Once logged in, you will see your game profile.
- Now, look out for the “Link Twitch Account” button on the right-hand side of the screen and click on it.
- A new tab will open now where you will be asked to log in to your Twitch account and link your Twitch profile with Escape from Tarkov.
- Click “Authorize” and done! Now your Twitch account is linked with your game profile.
- Watch “Drops Enabled” streams on Twitch during the Twitch Rivals event and earn in-game rewards.
