At the time of its release, Riot Games’ tactical shooter Valorant didn’t have any form of leveling system. However, it wasn’t long before the devs decided to implement ‘Account Levels’ in Valorant to give players a sense of progression by rewarding them with new and unique Player Card borders upon leveling up their account.
While leveling up their Valorant account can be fun for some players, many prefer to keep their Valorant level a secret and hide it from others for various reasons.

How To Hide Account Level in Valorant
While you might intuitively look in the settings tab to find how to hide your Valorant account level, it is located in a completely different section.
To hide your account level in Valorant, simply follow these steps:
- Launch Valorant.
- Head over to the ‘Collection’ tab.
- Click on your Player Card located on the right of your screen.
- Go to ‘Level Borders’.
- Uncheck the box titled ‘Show my account level on my player card’ on the bottom right.
And that’s it! By following the aforementioned steps, you can successfully hide your Account Level in Valorant.
If you wish to re-enable the visibility of your Account Level in the future, you can simply check the box again. Don’t worry, you’ll continue to gain Account Levels even if you choose to not display it publicly.
