How to recover a Clash of Clans account?
If you lose an account, you may find yourself in one of two scenarios. The first occurs when your account is linked to anything, such as a cell phone number or social media, while the second occurs when it is not.
Thankfully, there is a way to recover your account in both circumstances. It is difficult when you have your account linked to Facebook, Google Games, Supercell ID, or Apple Games.
All you need to do is re-establish connectivity to these sites. You can send it by email or phone. You will then be able to log in using them.
Unfortunately, if you have not connected your account, recovering it is much more difficult. And the only way to get help is to contact Supercell technical support. Go to Settings – Help, and Support – Report an Issue – Other Problem to get started.
There you have to provide the following information:
- The name of your old village.
- The name of the clan your village is part of.
- The town hall level of said village.
- The date and time of the last time you played this village.
