Days Gone has been one of the latest releases on steam. The game was first published on PlayStation consoles by Bend Studio with its Microsoft version, revealed on May 19, 2021.
Days Gone is an open-world survival game set in a post-apocalyptic Oregon, United States of America, and follows the story of Deacon St John, a drifter who discovers the possibility of his wife Sarah still being alive, eventually leading the former to find her.
Currently the main campaign of Days Gone would cost you around 35-40 hours followed by some post-credits missions which would eventually bring you to the game’s secret, a mission ending named “There’s Nothing You Can Do”. In this mission you will be contacted by NERO researcher O’ Brian, asking you to meet by the Old Cemetery in the Cascade region.
The secret ending mission won’t be prompted by the game immediately after you complete the campaign. In order to unlock the former, you would need to complete the main storyline and keep yourself busy by doing some random activities or by even fast-traveling between camps. Activities like clearing Ambush camps or exploring NERO Checkpoints can be done in order to trigger the same.
Alongside, the game does have two post-credits missions (listed below) which can be completed as well.
