The Pokémon in the River Photo is a side quest given by Dagero who again needs our help in identifying a Pokémon that has 2 leaves on its head and rests beside a river.
Today we will be taking a look at how to complete the side quest – the Pokémon in the River Photo request in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. The quest is fairly simple and straightforward to complete. Completing the quest will add new options to the Photograph Studio.
Starting the Quest- The Pokemon in the River Photo
To get this quest from Dagero you need to unlock the Coronet Highlands area and have atleast 2 previous completed requests from Dagero.
Talk to Dagero standing in front of the photography studio in Jubilife Village. Here he will hand you a photograph to study. When observing the photograph you see that the Pokémon he is looking for is Turtwig.
Where to find Turtwig
The request is fairly simple, you just need to find and catch a Turtwig and later bring it to Dagero.
Head to the Crimson Mirelands and make your way to the southeast corner of the area, here you will find a small pond entirely surrounded by mountains. Now be careful, Turtwig will run away as soon as he spots you, and only one Turtwig will spawn in this area. So it is advised to save the game before proceeding further.
Now battle and catch Turtwig, head back to the Jubilife Village and talk to Dagero. Show him the Tutwig and after a quick photoshoot, Dagero will reward you will more options in the Photography Studio.
