Eternal Fire Beats G2 in Blast Bounty Semi Finals

Eternal Fire continues their supreme form as they have taken down G2 to open up their 2025. Following the arrival of jottAAA, Eternal Fire has found a resurge in form as they have taken down the biggest scalp along with G2 in the semi-finals to reach Blast Bounty finals.

VETO

  • Eternal Fire removed Ancient
  • G2 removed Train
  • Eternal Fire picked Anubis
  • G2 picked Dust2
  • Eternal Fire removed Mirage
  • G2 removed Inferno
  • Nuke was left over

Map 1: Anubis; Picked: Eternal Fire; Winner: G2

Having started the map with a bang, G2 stood on a 7-0 lead before Eternal Fire got their first round on the board. Having won the first round, Eternal Fire managed to get a hold of their defense causing G2 to fumble the lead and reach a respectable scoreline of 7-5. Eternal Fire on the T side started sharp and despite G2’s best efforts, Eternal Fire squeezed in a victory-ending out a 13-11 lead. Despite the best efforts from m0NESY, Wicadia worked with 20 kills to spearhead EF’s offense to close out the map.

Map 2: Dust 2; Picked: G2; Winner: G2

A solid first half for G2 saw them go 8-4 up with m0nesy and HeavyGod doing most of the heavy lifting as Malbs and huNter chimed in to give G2 a solid foundation before they walked into the second half. XANTARES came into his own on the defence as G2 found it difficult to get themselves going which forced them to delve deep into their start book which caused Eternal Fire to bring the game closer than it should have been. Iniduvudals from G2 managed to push it over the line with a sublime huNter 4k to take us to Nuke.

Map 3: Nuke; Picked: Decider; Winner: Eternal Fire

Yet another solid start to the map for G2 but Eternal FIre quickly responded as we were left with a first half with both teams sharing the rounds. Moving from a leveled scoreline, G2 couldn’t get going as the Eternal Fire T side was too much to handle for the G2 defense. The Turks were able to abuse the outer ramp which became the biggest vulnerability for G2 and eventually became the reason they lost the map. Each player for EF, turned up when it mattered as a start-studded performance across the board saw them take down G2.

G2’s debut event with HeavyGod showed promising signs as huNter looks to be adapting well into his new role. Eternal Fire on the other hand has become a force to be reckoned with since the arrival of jottAAA as they will play in the second-tier-1 final of the organisation’s history looking to bring in their first trophy.

How to Get Premier Season 1 Medal in CS2?

Counter-Strike 2‘s inaugural Premier Season is drawing to a close, with anticipation building for Season 2 updates. As the season’s end approaches, players have been wondering about a commemorative reward, similar to the medals awarded in CS:GO.

According to an official Counter-Strike blog post, a special medal will be given to every player who earned a CS Rating during Season 1. However, prominent leaker ThourCS2 suggests that simply participating in Premier mode will be enough to receive the souvenir. This article will explore the possibilities surrounding the CS2 Premier Season 1 medal and its contents.

How to Obtain the CS2 Premier Season 1 Medal

The process of receiving the medal is relatively straightforward. As per the official blog, any player who achieved a Premier rank in Season 1 will be granted a commemorative medal. This reward will be distributed at the start of Premier Season 2 and can be claimed upon launching the game.

The CS2 Premier Season 1 medal will showcase a summary of the player’s performance throughout the season, including:

  • Highest Premier rank achieved in Season 1
  • Total matches played, including wins, draws, and losses
  • Win rate percentage
  • K/D Ratio
  • Number of MVPs
  • Number of Aces
  • Number of 4k (four kills in a round)
  • Number of 3k (three kills in a round)
  • Headshot percentage

Furthermore, Valve plans to incorporate map-specific statistics, such as K/D Ratio, total kills, kills per round, headshot percentage, and assists.

Based on initial previews, the medal’s appearance won’t initially reflect the player’s final Premier rank. However, Valve has indicated a visual upgrade for the Season 2 medal, which will conclude after the Austin Major 2025. This upgrade will involve changing the medal’s background color to represent the player’s highest achieved rank.

Requirements to Play Premier Mode and Potentially Receive the Badge:

To be eligible for Premier mode (and potentially receive the associated badge), players must:

  • Purchase Prime Status.
  • Reach Level 10 by playing various game modes like Deathmatch, Competitive, and Arms Race.
  • Win at least 10 matches to be placed in an ELO group and receive a rank.

M4A4 users, rejoice! Valve has officially confirmed price reductions for the M4A4, along with the FAMAS in their competitive shooter Counter-Strike 2. Additionally, the devs have revealed the start date for Premier Season 2 in CS2, sparking excitement within the game’s community for what lies ahead.

CS2 Premier Season 2 Announced

As already confirmed by Valve, CS2 Premier Season 2 will officially launch in late January 2025.

Players who participated in Premier Season 1 will receive a commemorative medal displaying detailed season statistics, which can be viewed by clicking on the medal in their inventory.

The transition to Season 2 will see the Premier matchmaking going down for a day, following which players’ CS ratings will be recalibrated based on their Season 1 performance. To get a new CS rating, they will have to win 10 games after Season 2 kicks off.

Train Replaces Vertigo in CS2 Premier Season 2

The second season of Premier in CS2 will see a change to the active competitive map pool.

Train, which was added to the game after a major revamp on November 14, 2024, will officially replace Vertigo in the Premier map pool—a change Valve has been hinting at for quite some time.

M4A4, FAMAS Price Reduced in Premier Season 2

One of the most impactful changes in the upcoming update that’s certain to shake up the meta is the price reduction for the M4A4 and FAMAS.

In addition to the price cut, the FAMAS will also see some improvements to its standing and crouching accuracy.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), the developers confirmed that the price of the M4A4 will now match that of the M4A1-S at $2,900.

As mentioned earlier, the new season of Premier is all set to roll out next week. With map pool changes, weapon adjustments, and the start of Premier Season 2, players have plenty to look forward to.

Fortnite Creative Mode: Players Earn Millions, Playtime Soars

0

Fortnite’s Creative mode has witnessed a meteoric rise in recent years, transforming from a side feature into a significant pillar of the game. The introduction of Unreal Engine Fortnite, which empowers creators with unprecedented design freedom, has only accelerated this growth. While not eclipsing the Battle Royale mode in popularity, Creative has become a substantial driver of player engagement, a fact recently underscored by Epic Games.

Data revealed by HYPEX indicates that Fortnite creators collectively earned a staggering $352 million from Epic Games in 2024. This substantial payout reflects the value Epic places on the engaging maps and experiences crafted by its community. Notably, seven individual creators surpassed the $10 million mark in earnings solely from their work within Creative mode.

The financial success stories extend beyond the top earners. Fourteen creators received at least $3 million, while 37 achieved millionaire status with earnings exceeding $1 million. The distribution of funds also highlights a broader level of success within the Creative community. 154 creators earned $300,000 or more, and 418 received at least $100,000. Further down the scale, 7,000 players earned between $1,000 and $10,000, and over 13,000 received at least $100. These figures demonstrate the potential for creators of all levels to generate income through their contributions.

Epic Games also disclosed the impressive playtime statistics for Creative mode. In 2024, a remarkable 36.5% of total Fortnite playtime was spent within Creative Maps, representing a 5% increase compared to the previous year. This translates to an astounding 5.23 billion hours dedicated to player-created content.

Twisted Minds & Team Falcons Officially Become Part of MPL PH

0

A significant shift has occurred in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) esports landscape with the entry of two prominent Saudi Arabian organizations, Twisted Minds and Team Falcons, into the franchised MLBB Professional League (MPL) Philippines. This development underscores the increasing global influence of Saudi Arabia within the esports arena and marks a pivotal moment for MLBB’s competitive scene.

Both Twisted Minds and Team Falcons previously fielded MLBB teams within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. For Team Falcons, this isn’t their first foray into the MPL PH; they previously collaborated with AP Bren. However, this new move signifies a deeper commitment as they directly acquire a franchise slot.

This strategic expansion places them squarely in Southeast Asia, the heart of MLBB’s most fervent fanbase and arguably its most competitive region. The Philippines’ dominance in the M World Championships, having won all but one edition, speaks volumes about the level of competition they are entering.

This announcement follows the departure of two established MPL PH teams, Blacklist International and RSG PH. While both organizations bid farewell to their supporters via heartfelt social media posts, the specific slots acquired by Twisted Minds and Team Falcons remain undisclosed. Official roster details for both incoming teams were also absent from the initial press release.

Grant Rousseau, Team Falcons’ global director of esports, emphasized the organization’s readiness to compete and win, stating, “After an initial test year with AP Bren, the organization now understands the market’s competitive nature, and we are ready to pick up our own franchise and team to compete and to win.”

Twisted Minds, while possessing a less extensive global footprint compared to Falcons, has been rapidly growing its presence, particularly as the MENA region emerges as a key hub for competitive gaming, fueled by events such as the Esports World Cup.

Ibrahim Bin Jibreen, CEO and Founder of Twisted Minds, articulated the organization’s ambitions, stating, “We want to expand overseas, especially in Asia, in the Philippines. We want to compete on the highest level in MLBB esports, and the Philippines is the right country to be in.” This move signals a clear intent to establish themselves as major contenders in the highly competitive world of MLBB.

Best Valorant Overlay In 2025

0

Whether you’re a hardcore Valorant player looking to reach your dream rank or a casual gamer simply aiming to improve at the game, a Valorant overlay can give you a significant edge and boost your overall win rates.

With a number of different Valorant overlays readily available for download online, many players often find themselves asking, “What is the best Valorant overlay to use in 2025?”

If you’re here to learn more about the best Valorant overlay that you can use to give yourself an advantage over your opponents, we have you covered.

But before we get into details about the best overlays in Valorant, it’s important to know what a Valorant overlay actually is.

What are Overlays in Valorant?

Valorant overlays are stat trackers that not only monitor your gameplay stats, such as K/D ratio, headshot percentage, and ADR but also display your teammates’ and enemies’ stats before the game begins. This provides you with a distinct advantage on the battlefield, allowing you to identify the strengths and weaknesses of both your teammates and opponents before the action starts.

The type of stats that these overlays show you vary based on the Valorant tracker that you are using. And with the various different trackers available on the internet, picking the right one can certainly be overwhelming. Don’t worry, though—we’ll guide you through the best Valorant trackers available in 2025, so you won’t have to do the digging yourself.

Best Valorant Overlay in 2025

The best Valorant overlays to use in 2025 include Tracker, Blitz, and Strats. All of these overlays provide useful stats that can significantly enhance your overall gameplay experience, with subtle differences between one another.

Tracker is the most popular Valorant overlay within the game’s community, used by casual players and dedicated competitive gamers alike. The Tracker overlay shows you all the stats that you’ll need to know before you hop on a game, including your teammates’ recent wins and losses, most-picked agents, and peak rank.

Blitz is somewhat similar to Tracker in most aspects and is a solid choice for Valorant players looking to get a new overlay for their game. Strats features a built-in lineup tool within the app that enables players to check their Agent lineups on the fly. According to a Strats dev, the app has the largest lineup database out of every platform and features over 5000 lineups for the Valorant Agents.

At the end of the day, the Valorant overlay that you use should be based on your personal preference. What works for one player might not work for another, and with the Valorant community boasting millions of players worldwide, there isn’t one particular overlay that can fit everyone’s needs.

Free Fire India Launch Date 2025: Everything You Need to Know

As Indian gaming enthusiasts eagerly await the return of Garena’s flagship title, Free Fire, the excitement surrounding its potential launch date in 2025 is palpable. Free Fire India, a localized version tailored to the Indian audience, has been the subject of much speculation ever since the game was removed from app stores in February 2022 due to regulatory concerns. With the gaming landscape in India evolving rapidly, could mid-2025 mark the much-anticipated Free Fire India Launch Date 2025?

Garena’s Moves Hints at Free Fire India Launch Date 2025

Garena’s recent initiatives in India have reignited hope among fans. The company announced a Free Fire Creator Tournament in India, showcasing its commitment to nurturing the local gaming ecosystem. Notably, this tournament is centered around Free Fire MAX, a version still available in India. Although there is no official confirmation, many speculate that the Free Fire India launch date could coincide with mid-2025.

Why Free Fire India Launch Date is Speculated to be in Mid-2025?

The speculated timeline of mid-2025 for Free Fire India’s launch aligns with several factors:

  1. Regulatory Adjustments: Garena has likely been working to address compliance issues to meet Indian government standards for data privacy and security. Earlier last year, Garena localised its game server to India to be installed in Yotta Data Services’ Navi Mumbai premises.
  2. Market Preparation: With the ongoing Free Fire MAX Creator Tournament, Garena appears to be gauging the Indian audience’s interest and engagement, paving the way for a grand Free Fire India launch.
  3. Industry Trends: 2025 could see a surge in the Indian gaming market, further amplified by the availability of affordable 5G networks and the rising popularity of esports.

What to Expect from Free Fire India

Should Free Fire India make its debut in 2025, players can expect something similar to what Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has been doing in India since its launch in 2021, like:

  • Localized Content: Skins, characters, and events specifically designed for the Indian audience.
  • Improved Security: Measures to comply with India’s data protection laws.
  • Tournaments: Esports events limited to the Indian gaming community.

While the exact Free Fire India launch date remains unconfirmed, mid-2025 seems a plausible timeline based on current developments. Fans are advised to stay tuned for official announcements from Garena. The company continues its efforts to strengthen its foothold in the Indian gaming market. Until then, the Free Fire MAX Creator Tournament offers a glimpse of the exciting possibilities ahead.
