BGMS Season 2 League Week 1 Day 2 Recap

The second day of Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 2 has come to a close with Chemin Esports maintaining its top position on the League Week 1 points table. Notably, the second day marked a remarkable turnaround for Marcos Gaming as it jumped from 15th position to impressive 2nd position on the points table. OR Esports, whose incredible performance during Launch Week was temporarily eclipsed on Day 1, only to resurface magnificently on Day 2, propelling it from 12th to the 3rd position.

Chemin Esports Maintains Its Lead After BGMS Season 2 League Week 1 Day 2 

Here is the recap of BGMS Season 2 League Week 1 Day 2.

Match 1 – Erangel

Despite losing two of its players relatively early in the game, Marcos Gaming stood tall and won the first match. Harsh “SPRAYGOD” Malik and Arth “Vexe” Trivedi demonstrated unparalleled resilience and carried their team from 12th rank to 1st. Notably, the team’s in-game leader showcased remarkable foresight by accurately predicting the formation of the playzone, which helped the team throughout the match. The team accumulated 29 points in the first match, including 15 placement points and 14 finish points. 8bit emerged as the runner-up of the match with 22 points – 12 placement points and 10 finish points. Medal Esports finished at third position with 13 points, including 8 placement points and 5 finish points. Owing to his exceptional gameplay and 6 finishes, Vexe was awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match.

Match 2 – Miramar

In the second map of the day, Numen Esports defied all odds to achieve a flawless Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. The team put forth a commendable performance and won the match with zero casualties, exerting dominance on their opponents. The team amassed an impressive total of 25 points, comprised of 15 placement points and 9 finish points. Gods Reign secured the honorable runner-up position with 16 points, including 10 placement points and 6 finish points. Orangutan closely trailed with 15 points, consisting of 8 placement points and 7 finish points. Blind Esports’ Manpreet “Rony” Singh earned the MVP title, owing to his 5 finishes.

Match 3 – Erangel

OR Esports orchestrated a remarkable comeback, securing victory in a dramatic third match. Their positioning played a pivotal role in their triumph as they strategically occupied the play zone. By effectively clearing out all enemies within the compound and maintaining control, they demonstrated their tactical prowess. Impressively, OR Esports amassed a grand total of 30 points during the match, including 15 placement points and 15 finish points. Following closely behind, Blind Esports secured the second position with 19 points, which included an impressive combination of 12 placement points and 7 finish points. Meanwhile, Enigma Gaming secured the third position with a commendable 16 points, consisting of 8 placement points and 8 finish points. The Most Valuable Player title for this match was once again awarded to Blind Rony from Blind Esports, who secured 4 finishes for his team.
