Day 3 has brought us another round of outstanding performances and noteworthy developments. Chemin Esports once again asserted their dominance, maintaining their lead and leaving an indelible mark on this exciting gaming spectacle. Global Esports and WSB Gaming, which had seen a rough tournament so far, made a comeback on the third day.
BGMS Season 2 League Week 1 Day 3 Recap
Match 1 – Erangel: Group A vs Group C
The day kicked off with Chemin Esports showcasing its incredible momentum, culminating in a resounding 32-point Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. Above all, the team accumulated a whopping 32 points in the first match, including 15 placement points and 17 finish points. Team SouL came in second position with 18 points, comprising 10 placement points and 8 finish points. Global Esports finished at third position adding 13 points to the League Week 1 leaderboard, including 8 placement points and five finish points.
Additionally, Chemin Esports’ Afu, who led its team to win the Chicken Dinner with 7 finishes, was awarded as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match.
Match 2 – Sanhok: Group A vs Group C
The second map of the day witnessed Numen Gaming showcasing a near-flawless performance, leading to an easy Chicken Dinner. The team accumulated 22 points, with 15 placement points and 7 finish points. Team WSB Gaming closed in second position with a total of 16 points, comprising 8 placement points and 8 finish points. Gladiators Esports closely followed at third position with 15 points to its name, including 2 placement points and 13 finish points.
Moreover, Gladiators Esports’ Justin emerged as the MVP of the second match, contributing five finishes to his team.
Match 3 – Miramar: Group A vs Group C
The final match of the day unfolded on Miramar, bringing forth a thrilling contest of survival and strategy. Team 8Bit showcased their mettle to emerge as the winners of the match. However, it was Team SouL who took the first position with 22 points, comprising 8 placement and 14 finish points. Marcos Gaming followed closely in second position with 22 points, including 12 placement points and 10 finish points. Although 8bit won the Chicken Dinner, it finished third with 21 points, comprising 15 placement points and 6 finish points.
Additionally, in the third match, it was Lucknow Giants’ RageGod who won the MVP title for his five finishes.
