GodLike Esports BMPS 2024 Grand Finals Live Performance Tracker

GodLike Esports has long been a fan-favorite in the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) esports scene, known for their once dominant gameplay. However, in recent years, the team has faced a string of underwhelming performances, leading many to question whether they can reclaim their former glory. BMPS 2024 marks a critical moment for GodLike Esports, as it is the first official BGMI LAN event they’ve qualified for in two years. Is this the beginning of their redemption arc?

BMPS 2024 Grand Finals Day 3

Match 6 – Erangel

In Match 6 on Erangel, GodLike Esports dropped near the School area. The team made calculated rotations towards the safe zone, picking off a few opponents along the way.

However, in a decisive mid-game moment, they attempted to push an enemy squad, which proved costly. The aggressive push backfired as they lost three of their players during the fight, leaving the last player standing. Despite a valiant effort to survive, the lone player was quickly eliminated.

Match 5 – Miramar

In their fifth match of the day on Miramar, GodLike Esports dropped near Cruz de Ville with hopes of a strong performance. However, the match took an unfortunate turn when they lost their star player, JONATHAN, early on. Despite their best efforts, the team struggled to find their footing and failed to secure a single finish. Ultimately, GodLike Esports was eliminated in 10th place.

Match 4 – Vikendi

In Match 4 on Vikendi, GodLike Esports made their drop around Cement Factorye. As the zone formed around Castle, the team quickly rotated to secure a strong position. However, with no vehicles available towards the end of the match, they faced a daunting challenge as they had to cross an open area.

Unfortunately, Team BLISS spotted them during this critical moment, leading to a devastating encounter that resulted in the elimination of three GodLike players. At this point, only Simp remained alive.

Despite the odds stacked against him, Sim showcased exceptional skill and composure, managing to secure crucial kills and carry his team to a respectable third-place finish. Ultimately, GodLike Esports ended the match with a total of 6 finishes.

Match 3 – Sanhok

In Match 3, GodLike Esports dropped at Bhan, allowing them to settle into their position without needing to travel extensively as the zones formed favorably around them. As the zone began to close in, competing teams attempted to enter, and GodLike seized the opportunity to capitalize on their advantageous positioning. They racked up finishes left and right, demonstrating their aggressive playstyle and tactical prowess.

However, despite their strong start, the team faced a sudden elimination before they could secure a solid placement. In total, GodLike Esports achieved 8 finishes, with standout performances from Jonathan, who secured 5 kills, along with contributions from Punkk (1 kill), Admino (1 kill), and Simp (1 kill).

Match 2 – Miramar

In their second match on Miramar, GodLike Esports faced significant challenges as they rotated from Truck Stop to Hacienda del Patrón. Facing limited loot, the team decided to shift their strategy and headed towards Impala in search of better gear.

While rotating into the safe zone, they encountered Team Limra. In a tense engagement, GodLike suffered three casualties but managed to secure two finishes, showcasing their ability to trade effectively in combat. Unfortunately, as the last surviving player, Punkk was forced to make a hasty retreat to the zone.

In a twist of fate, Punkk once again crossed paths with Team Limra while trying to reposition. Despite his best efforts to escape, he ultimately fell, leading to GodLike’s elimination from the match. The encounter highlighted the team’s struggle with positioning and decision-making under pressure, leaving them with valuable lessons for the matches ahead.

Match 1 – Erangel

In the first match of Day 3, on Erangel, GodLike Esports dropped near the school area, looking to establish an early presence. As the zone began to close in, the team secured a compound on the northern side across the river from Georgopol. When the next zone formed, they made a strategic relocation to the Georgopol triple warehouse and two houses across the road.

However, their plans took a hit when they encountered Versatile Esports. In a tense exchange, GodLike lost Punkk, a crucial player for their lineup, although Admino managed to secure one elimination in the skirmish. Unfortunately, despite their efforts to regroup and push through, the team faced an early exit, finishing in 11th place with only one elimination to their name.

BMPS 2024 Grand Finals Day 2

Match 6 – Erangel

In an unexpected move, GodLike Esports opted to drop behind Pochinki, likely aiming to secure a vehicle early. However, this decision quickly backfired when they encountered Versatile Esports, resulting in the loss of two key players early on.

With only two members left, the surviving duo made a rotation to Severny. After gathering what loot they could, they carefully navigated their way into the zone, eventually settling in Ruins. Despite being outnumbered, both remaining players managed to secure a finish each.

The team’s survival was cut short when Jonathan fell victim to a perfectly timed grenade from Versatile Esports, leaving Punkk as the last hope. Unfortunately, 8bit Aditya quickly eliminated him, bringing GodLike’s run to an end in 7th place for the match.

Match 5 – Miramar

GodLike Esports started Match 5 with a strategic drop at Hacienda del Patrón, playing a more passive early game. Their rotations were calculated, focusing on securing safe zones rather than early engagements. However, as the match progressed into the late stages, the intensity increased. In a chaotic series of events, Jonathan was eliminated after the team found itself battling multiple fronts simultaneously.

A standout moment came when Admino pulled off an impressive clutch, single-handedly eliminating three players from Phoenix Esports, giving GodLike a fighting chance. However, as they tried to make their final push into the end zone, several teams had already gained advantageous positions. Multiple squads spotted them during their rotation, resulting in the team being picked off one by one, ultimately leading to their elimination in 3rd place.

Despite not securing the win, GodLike Esports showcased their potential to dominate late-game engagements with a commendable performance.

Match 4 – Vikendi

GodLike Esports started Match 4 on Vikendi with a safe drop at Cement Factory. After thoroughly looting the area and the nearby compounds, they made an aggressive push towards a compound held by Ignite Gaming.

Ignite Gaming had just finished a battle with Phoenix Gaming, leaving them in a weakened state. Sensing an opportunity, GodLike Esports initiated the fight. However, the push didn’t go as smoothly as planned, and GodLike found themselves in trouble. In a critical moment, Jonathan stepped up, delivering a clutch play that saved the team from being eliminated.

Despite their recovery, Inferno Squad, stationed in a nearby compound, wasted no time taking advantage of GodLike’s weakened state. They rushed in swiftly and overwhelmed GodLike Esports, who were still reeling from the earlier engagement. This resulted in GodLike’s elimination from the match.

GodLike Esports managed to secure 3 finishes in total, with Jonathan claiming 2 kills and Simp securing 1.

Match 3 – Sanhok

GodLike Esports split their team in a classic Sanhok strategy, with two players positioned near Quarry and the other two in Bhan. As the zone shrank, they rotated carefully, with Punkk and Simp each securing one finish, but they suffered a crucial loss as Jonathan fell in a skirmish with Ignite Gaming.

Shortly after, Numen Gaming rushed into the same compound. Admino from Numen displayed exceptional skill with his grenades, securing multiple knocks. To complicate matters, 8bit also knocked one of Numen’s players, leaving GodLike in a 2v1 advantage against Numen. Despite this, Owais from Numen Gaming clutched the fight, eliminating GodLike. The team managed to secure only 2 finishes, a disappointing outcome given their early-game setup.

Match 2 – Miramar

In the second match on Day 2, GodLike Esports chose to drop at Hacienda del Patrón. After securing control of the main compound, the team efficiently looted the surrounding areas, including Cruz de Valle, to gather essential resources.

As they rotated toward the zone, which formed just above Chumacera, GodLike faced an unfortunate setback when they lost Punkk. Shortly after this loss, their rotation was halted as they encountered Silly Esports and Team X Spark. In this engagement, Admino managed to secure one finish before the team opted to back off.

After regrouping and finding a position within the zone, GodLike Esports faced additional pressure from TWOB and 8Bit, who eliminated their remaining players. Ultimately, GodLike finished the match with a total of 2 eliminations, a disappointing outcome that highlighted the challenges they faced during this round.

Match 1 – Erangel

The first match of the BMPS 2024 Grand Finals kicked off on Erangel. GodLike Esports made their drop at the School Apartments, swiftly looting the area before rotating to the School itself.

The zone consistently formed around the School, allowing GodLike Esports to avoid frequent relocations. They opted for a passive playstyle, biding their time while monitoring the movements of other teams.

Punkk took an early initiative by finishing Phoenix Esports’ Honey. While most of the team remained at School, Punkk made a solo venture to Rozhok Hill, where Team X Spark and Team Versatile were fighting. Seizing the opportunity, he secured the finish on Shadow7 before returning to the safety of the School.

With the zone centering on School, GodLike found themselves in a favorable position. As the circle tightened, chaos erupted as teams scrambled to enter the zone. Capitalizing on this, Jonathan caught Numen’s Omega off-guard, eliminating him.

As the tension escalated, both TWOB and 8bit made aggressive pushes toward the School, igniting further chaos. Jonathan demonstrated impressive quick thinking, utilizing grenades to secure multiple knocks and finishes in the fray.

To GodLike’s advantage, the next zone also formed around the School. After a lengthy and chaotic battle, GodLike Esports emerged victorious, clinching the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner (WWCD). In the end, Punkk finished with 5 kills, Simp added 3 to the tally, Jonathan led with an impressive 6 finishes, and Admino ended without any kills.

BMPS 2024 Grand Finals Day 1

Match 6 – Erangel

The first match of the BMPS 2024 Grand Finals kicked off on Erangel, setting the stage for an intense competition. GodLike Esports made their drop at the School Apartments, quickly looting the area before rotating to the School itself.

Although the zone was positioned in the southern part, GodLike opted to rotate to Georgopol City, located south of the safe zone, due to insufficient loot. Following this, they made their way to Pochinki. As the next zone formed just below Pochinki, GodLike took control of Pochinki Hill, positioning themselves strategically for the ensuing battles.

During their rotation to the next zone, GodLike encountered Mesal Esports, resulting in a swift exchange of fire. Admino secured the first elimination by taking down SahilOPaf. Shortly after, Simp eliminated Silly Esports’ AKSHUZZ33K, while Punkk finished off Medal Esports’ Encore.

However, the tides soon turned when TWOB’s SYRAX knocked and eliminated Admino, followed by PrinceOG knocking out Simp. In a crucial moment, Punkk delivered a well-timed grenade that knocked two members of TWOB. Despite their initial success, the situation quickly escalated when Punkk was knocked by Syrax.

In a retaliatory move, JONATHAN managed to knock Syrax, but the chaos continued as JONATHAN was ultimately finished by the last surviving player from TWOB, SARVIT. Consequently, GodLike Esports was eliminated with each player recording only one finish, highlighting the fierce competition in this high-stakes match.

Match 5Miramar:

In the fifth match, GodLike Esports made a strategic drop at Hacienda del Patrón. After securing the main compound, the team efficiently looted the surrounding areas, including Cruz de Valle. With the zone favoring GodLike until the end, they held a strong position in the center of the circle.

The team demonstrated impressive consistency and secured finishes throughout the match. However, they faced early setbacks with the loss of Admino and Simp, which could have derailed their momentum. Despite this, Punkk and Jonathan continued to assert their dominance on.

As the match progressed, Hyderabad Hydras managed to finish off the last two remaining players from GodLike. Nevertheless, Jonathan showcased his skill by securing one final finish against Hyderabad Hydra’s Crypto.

In total, Jonathan led the charge with 5 finishes, while Punkk contributed with 2, and both Simp and Admino added 2 finishes each.

Match 4Vikendi:

In the third match on Vikendi, GodLike Esports dropped at Cement Factory,. They found themselves in a favorable position early on, as the zone formed near their location. Taking advantage of the situation, they played passively, focusing on rotations and staying within the zone for most of the early game.

During Stage 6, GodLike clashed with Team Limra, where they secured two crucial finishes but suffered the loss of Admino. Despite the setback, the team regrouped and continued to hold strong. As Simp and Jonathan anchored a compound, NUMEN’s Mafia rushed in, but Simp swiftly took him down with his DBS, further solidifying their position. However, soon after, Team Limra’s Hesperos eliminated Punkk, leaving GodLike with just two players.

In the same compound, as the zone continued to shrink, Team Versatile’s InfinityOP sneaked in and knocked Jonathan. Simp, quick to respond, secured the trade by finishing off Infinity. But the action wasn’t over. Sensing an opportunity, Silly Esports pushed aggressively on the weakened GodLike. What followed was a heroic display by Simp, who single-handedly wiped out three players from Silly Esports using his DBS.

The match ultimately boiled down to a 1v1 duel between Simp and Silly Esports’ last standing player, AKSHUZZ3K. After a tense battle, Simp emerged victorious, finishing off AKSHUZZ3K and clutching an impressive 1v4 to secure the win for GodLike Esports.

This incredible performance by Simp not only gave GodLike Esports their first win of the day but also reignited hopes for their redemption arc in BMPS 2024.

Match 3 – Sanhok:

In the third match of BMPS 2024, on Sanhok, GodLike Esports opted for a drop near Pai Nan and Bootcamp, to loot compounds. However, their strategy backfired as they were caught off-guard by Team Phoenix even before the first zone fully closed in. An unexpected early fight broke out, and despite their best efforts, GodLike couldn’t recover, resulting in a full-team elimination without securing any kills.

Match 2 – Miramar:

In the second match, GodLike Esports opted to drop at Hacienda del Patrón. After securing the main compound, the team efficiently looted the surrounding areas, including Cruz de Valle, which eventually became a pivotal location near the center of the play zone. As the zone began to close in, the intensity ramped up, with all teams converging in this area.

As the Stage 3 formed near San Martin, GodLike Esports quietly sneaked in to the play zone from the eastern edge of the zone.

However, the zone experienced a hard shift to the west, moving away from GodLike’s position. To reach the play zone, they attempted to rotate to the southeastern side, navigating all the way from the southern edge of the blue zone.

During their rotation, GodLike caught Medal Esports off guard while they were engaged in a fight with another team, eliminating them and securing three finishes in the process. However, as they continued their attempt to enter the zone, they encountered Orangutan, who was gatekeeping the western edge. Despite suffering one casualty from the zone during the fight, GodLike successfully created space for themselves within the zone, showcasing their resilience and adaptability under pressure.

Unfortunately, the team lost two more players in the process, leaving JONATHAN as the lone survivor. As the fight intensified, JONATHAN could not withstand the pressure and was ultimately eliminated, leading to GodLike Esports finishing in 9th position.

Match 1 – Erangel:

The first match of the BMPS 2024 Grand Finals kicked off on Erangel, setting the stage for an intense competition. GodLike Esports made their drop at the School Apartments. After looting the area, they quickly rotated to the School itself.

Stage 3 formed towards the west of Shooting Range. As the zone began to close in, GodLike Esports executed a rotation from Rozhok Bridge. They navigated carefully and made their way into the safe zone from the north-eastern edge, crossing the SHooting Range area safely.

Entering Stage 4, the circle saw a hard shift to the south, moving away from the previous zone and positioning itself on the eastern side of North Georgopol city. This shift prompted aggressive play from GodLike, with Simpp securing the first finish by knocking Team Bliss’s Ajj777. Shortly after, Admino finished off Team X Spark’s Jokerr, marking the team’s second finish of the match. Punkk then made his mark by knocking Tx’s Sarang, followed by another knock and finish of TWOB’s Prince with a deadly DBS shot.

GodLike Esports continued their dominance by eliminating multiple players from Inferno Squad, although they suffered a setback with the loss of JONATHAN during the skirmish.

Despite this loss, GodLike’s performance was nothing short of spectacular, as they picked up finishes left and right, showcasing their aggressive playstyle. Unfortunately, the stream crashed due to a technical issue just before the match concluded. Before the crash, Simpp had tallied 3 finishes, Admino led with 5, and Punkk contributed 2 finishes.

In the end, GodLike Esports emerged victorious, clinching their first Winner Winner Chicken Dinner (WWCD) of the BMPS 2024 Grand Finals. This strong start sets a promising tone for their journey in the tournament.

BMPS 2024 could very well be the redemption arc for GodLike Esports, but it will require sustained effort across every remaining match. The fans are ready, the players are motivated, and the stage is set for GodLike to make their grand return to the top.

Stay tuned as we continue tracking GodLike Esports’ performance through the rest of BMPS 2024—will this be their triumphant comeback? Only time will tell.
