Free Fire is a popular mobile battle royale game developed by Garena which provides a lightweight gaming experience with less intense graphics and more quirky features. Free Fire is about to release its OB28 patch update tomorrow on 8 June.
The official date and timing have been recently announced by Garena.
The server maintenance will start tomorrow from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. During these 8 hours and 30 minutes, players won’t be able to play the game. Within this maintenance period, the update will be released. Let’s check out how to download the update once it get released.
How to download Free Fire OB28 Update?
The update will be released through Google Play Store somewhere between 10 AM to 12:30 PM IST. However, it won’t be playable until the maintenance ends.
Once the update gets released, follow the steps:
- Click here to open the Play Store page of Free Fire.
- There you will get the “Update” option.
- Click on it and it will start downloading the update.
Moreover, players will get 2X Diamond and Weapon Royale vouchers as login rewards for updating the game between 9 to 13 June. To redeem those rewards follow these steps:
- Launch Free Fire.
- Click on the Calendar icon.
- Go to Events.
- Click on Update for Rewards.
- Then click on the Claim button.
