Battlegrounds Mobile India is the most popular battle royale game in India with a huge player base. Maintaining the servers for such a large player pool is extremely necessary and sometimes, the developers might also face a few hurdles on the way. Recently, many players have been facing the ‘login failed’ error in the game and Krafton has addressed this issue.
In a recent post, Krafton acknowledged that this issue is a fault of their servers and said that they are going to fix it as soon as possible. The officials have mentioned the following regarding the impending login issue:
“We have identified some players are experiencing login failure from 07:57, 7/8 with an error message showing “Server is busy. please try again later. Error code:db-error”. We are currently trying to find the cause of the issue and will get back to you as soon as possible when fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
The login error could be caused due to a multitude of reasons as there can be a fault in BGMI client or server. Players can rectify these issues by simply clearing the game data.
Some of the common fixes are as follows:
- Reinstall the game.
- Clear the in-game cache and data.
- Fix the game by using the reset key on the login menu.
- Check if your internet connection is strong enough to connect to the servers.
The developers are constantly fixing bugs on their end but if you face any issue that is specific to your device or account, simply contact the BGMI Player Support.
