LOL Wild Rift Patch Notes 2.0: New Champions, Features and more

League of Legends: Wild Rift is moving into its first ranked season which will officially begins on 8th January 2021. A new patch version 2.0 is pushed in Wild Rift to add the new content and with this new update, a huge bundle of new additions are getting introduced to the game. Finally, Teemo and four other champions are being added to the game. Here are the LOL: Wild Rift Patch Notes for 2.0 version.

LOL: Wild Rift has been a huge success and even under its open beta testing, the game is now available for most of the regions except Americas and India. The Wild Rift team has officially announced the arrival of the game’s first ever ranked season and several features are added to make the game much better.

The most important addition is the five new champions which are coming to the game. Five champions from the ‘Bandle City’ are coming in Wild Rift. After teasing the release of Teemo for a long time, the champion finally arrives in the game. The list of champions is as follows:

  • Teemo
  • Corki
  • Kennen
  • Tristana
  • Lulu

Party Finder: Players who want to look for a team to play their matches can use this feature. Solo queue is still an option but with this new feature, the chances of adding unknown allies and forming a team are much more

Latency Indicator: The latency indicator on the main page has been replaced with a Network indicator which denotes the type of network and a ping indicator which shows the actual ping during matches.

Social Sharing: Feats and achievements can now be shared on social media directly through this feature.

Map Description: A new feature for newbies who would like to have a more comprehensive look at the map and its various aspects.

Tutorial Optimization: In-game tutorials have been improved significantly.

The start of first ranked season officially marks the start of Wild Rift and while several big changes may be introduced on a later stage, currently the game is making steady progress with a bright future.
