The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Academy League Malaysia is all set to make its return this April with Season 3, and fans of the MOBA are eager to know more about the highly anticipated event.
Set to commence from April 12th, the MLBB Academy League Malaysia will boast a $20,000 USD prize pool and some top-tier Mobile Legends gameplay from the rising stars in the region.

MLBB Academy League Malaysia Season 3 Format

The MLBB Academy League Malaysia Season 3 will feature two conferences: the Challenger Conference and the Affiliated Conference. The former comprises the top four teams from Season 2 along with two squads from the Open Qualifiers, while the latter will feature six junior teams from MPL Malaysia Season 15.
The regular season will unfold over two stages. Stage one runs for four weeks, from April to May 6, and it will see the teams compete in a single round-robin of best-of-three matches within each conference. The top teams from both conferences will then move on to stage two, scheduled from May 12 to 22.
In Stage two, teams from both the Affiliated and Challenger Conferences will have to face off in a single round-robin format, with all matches played as best-of-three series. The top six teams from the Challenger Conference and the top four from the Affiliated Conference will advance to the Playoffs, set for June 26–29.
The winner of the semifinal match will earn direct promotion, while the runner-up will face the 9th-place team from MPL Malaysia Season 15 in a final showdown for the remaining spot.
