Team S8UL and FS Esports qualify for Pokemon UNITE World Championship 2023 Tokyo

The Pokemon UNITE India Championship has concluded with Team S8UL who emerged victorious, showcasing their dominance over FS Esports. The Grand Finals of this event witnessed intense battles among 13 competing teams on June 4th for $15000 and a spot in the main event.

Despite only S8UL winning, both Team S8UL and FS Esports will be representing India in the highly anticipated World Championship 2023 in Yokohama, Tokyo, in August, this global tournament boasts a prize pool of $500,000.

Both teams having made it to the Finals will be travelling to Japan in the coming days to take part in the big event. Having come across several hurdles in the regional championship, calling it deserved will be an understatement for both teams.

S8UL had doubters given they lost the opening match of the event but won everything that followed and got them to the finals where they faced an FS Team that was yet to taste defeat, however, it did not take long for S8UL to express their domination over FS and made quick work of them to take home the $15000.

The Pokemon UNITE World Championship 2023 will house a grand total of 32 teams from across the world and the victorious team in said event will seize a substantial cash prize of $100,000. S8UL and FS will be competing in the big event.
