Reputed journalist Richard Lewis has added to the report from Jared ‘DeKay’ Lewis that Complexity founder Jason Lake flew to Helsinki to hold talks with Aleksi ‘Aleksib’ Virolainen to be the new IGL for their team. The Complexity owner offered the benched ENCE star a deal worth a staggering 1 million USD.
According to the report, the deal offered by the Dallas-based organisation not only included basic salary but also a luxury apartment as well. Aleksib though, did not want to relocate to North America and turned the lucrative offer down.
Aleksib’s rejection saw Jason Lake turn his focus to Heroic IGL Benjamin ‘blameF’ Bremer. blameF agreed to join Complexity in a move that has set the organisation back by around 500,000 USD, according to French journalist nelendirekt.
Complexity have since gone on to announce the acquisition of Will ‘RUSH’ Wierzba from Cloud9 as well. As for Aleksib, fans will be waiting to see where he ends up.
