Alien h has announced that it will be broadcasting the Blast Pro Series Lisbon exclusively for India with a Hindi stream, which is to be held from December 14-15 starting at 11 PM IST.
This is not the first time Alien h has delved into the Indian market to offer a regional streams, with previous tournaments like Blast Pro Series Copenhagen in both 2018 and 2017 having a great response by those wishing to listen to the matches in Hindi. This move also ensures that the viewer base of Counter Strike in India will definitely increase.
Although the talent lineup has not been revealed, it is expected that the duo of Mohit “sup3rmAd” Rajgaria and Ankit Dwivedi will be headlining the matches, as they did in the Copenhagen edition of the tournament.
The Blast Pro Series: Lisbon has a prize pool of $230,000 with a unique format of a round robin best of 1 group stage followed by a best of 3 grand final between the toppers of the group.
The teams are the same with Astralis, Navi, Cloud9, FaZe Clan, NiP and MIBR set to battle it out for the $125000 winners prize. MIBR will have swag play after a long time in place of Fer, while Danish pro refrezh will play in place of Golden for Cloud9.
