Valorant Black Market Skin Bundle: Release date, Price, and More

Valorant, Riot’s FPS, has been a resounding success since its release in 2020, thanks to its unique blend of tactical shooting mechanics and ability-based gameplay along with a wide selection of incredible-looking cosmetics that entice the player base to grind the game out.

Valorant Black Market Skin Bundle: All You Need To Know

Riot Games has teased Valorant’s newest skin bundle, the Black Market collection. The Black Market collection follows the wildly popular Oni 2.0 and Altitude skin collections. The Bundle features a melee and four different skins for existing weapons are included in the new package.

Valorant Black Market Bundle Release Date

The Black Market Collection lands in the game on April 12. The bundle follows the launch of Patch 6.07 right after its worldwide release.

North America would be the first region to be getting the Black Market Collection on their in-game marketplace which will be around 3PM PDT on April 11. Players on the Mumbai server may expect the patch around 3:30 am IST on April 12, 2023; once the update has been downloaded and the required maintenance period has ended, the skin bundle will become available in the shop.

The Black Market Bundle shares a resemblance with those of skins in Counter Strike : Global Offensive and if you’re unfamiliar with the original first-person shooter game but are familiar with Valorant, the Recon Collection or the Infantry Collection will serve as the closest point of reference.

Upon the launch of its teaser, the community began comparing the skins to the weaponry from CS:GO. They wouldn’t be completely wrong, either, because there is a remarkable resemblance between the skins and the skin bundle’s theme and logo. Let’s take the Bulldog from the Night Market Bundle as an example which does resemble the Famas from CS:GO.

This resemblance goes back to 2021 when Riot Games launched the Recon Collection which introduced the first Butterfly knife of the game, known to have been inspired from Counter Strike.

Players would now be able to contrast between Attackers and Defenders which is the major selling point of this skin pack. Players on their attack will don the skins with a more rustic wear while those on the defense will have a smoother and more polished appearance.

Valorant Black Market Skin Collection Price:

The Black Market bundle is assumed to be a part of the Premium collection and expected to hit the markets with a price tag of 7100 Valorant Points . If that’d be the case, individual weapon pricing would be 1775 Valorant Points as compared to other bundles.

What weapon skins will the Black Market collection feature?

Patch 6.07 also headlines the return of Bind to the active map pool alongside some massive structural changes being made to the same.

The Black Market Bundle will have the following weapons below :

  • Vandal
  • Bulldog
  • Marshal
  • Classic
  • Melee – Butterfly Knife
