Danish premer essports organization Astralis has announced the opening of a gaming facility in Tivoli Gardens, one of the oldest gaming facility in Copenhagen Denmark.
Astralis have engaged in a partnership with the Amusement Part to spread awareness about esports and its significance. The facility will house merch store, gaming setups for over 130 people, VIP rooms, products from their partners, tournaments, viewing parties, and more.
“The Astralis Flagship Store in Tivoli marks the first step in our strategy to become a larger and more valuable part of the fan experience,” said Astralis CEO Nikolaj Nyholm Anders Hørsholt.
“We want to offer something that both hard core esports fans, gamers and a more casual audience will enjoy, and we are extremely pleased to launch the strategy in a separate cooperation with the most iconic entertainment center in Denmark.” he added.
Astralis has established themselves as the biggest esports organization now that North has dropped its operations. The partnership allows Astralis to establish more facilities of similar kind to be opened in multiple locations which would allow for the Astralis brand to grow beyond the domain of esports and generalizing it.
