PUBG Mobile India has finally completed its transition to Battlegrounds Mobile India. Krafton has hosted a new website for this rebranded version of PUBG Mobile India. The old website is taken down and Battlegrounds Mobile India is the new official website.
PUBG Mobile India was reportedly undergoing several changes as a part of rebranding process. The social media handles which represented PUBG Mobile India were changed to Battlegrounds Mobile India and an official discord announcement confirmed this change as well.
Krafton Inc. has officially announced the launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India as a new battle royale multiplayer game for India. The Indian fan base can finally rejoice as PUBG Mobile makes a comeback in India with a localized version called “Battlegrounds Mobile India”.
PUBG Mobile India was expected to make a big announcement after undergoing several changes on their internet presence. PUBG Mobile India was rebranding itself as Battlegrounds Mobile India and underwent a small transformation on its social media front. The social media handles which used to represent PUBG Mobile India were changed to Battlegrounds Mobile India and finally, the game is officially announced.
Krafton hosted a new website Battlegrounds Mobile India and posted a new announcement. According to the announcement, Krafton has announced a new game which will provide “a world class AAA multiplayer gaming experience on mobile.” This game is just a rebranded version of PUBG Mobile India and is expected to launch very soon.
The announcement also stated that a pre-registration process for this new game will begin before it is launched. PUBG Mobile fans in India can expect a full-scale launch of Battlegrounds Mobile India in the near future. This game will be available specifically for the Indian region.
The post also covered several aspects such as privacy and data security, which was the main cause of PUBG Mobile ban in India back in September 2020. Krafton has assured that data protection and user privacy is their top priority. All the data collection and storage will be done in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in India.

PUBG Mobile was the biggest esports title in India and with this announcement, the pros and organizations can finally start planning for the upcoming big tournaments in India.
The in-game content will also be diversified as Krafton plans to collaborate with different partners to restart the competitive scene and provide rich content to the players as well. This announcement is certainly a big news for PUBG Mobile fans in India who were eagerly waiting for this launch. The game might be launched in the upcoming weeks or months as the exact launch date is yet to be announced.
