Call of Duty Black Ops 6 heralds the return of the Black Ops franchise. Black Ops is arguably the most loved COD franchise after Modern Warfare as it offers a very different take on storylines and playstyle. Black Ops 6 will be the first-ever first-person shooter game on Xbox Game Pass and is expected to launch on day one for the first time in Call of Duty history. This implies that the game will be available for free to all current members of Game Pass.
The game will follow the events of Black Ops Cold War, a game that was well received by the community though the success of Modern Warfare seems to have overshadowed it. Black Ops 6 will be released to put the franchise back on the map as B01 and B02 are the games often found in the conversation for the best CODs of all time.
