Coronavirus Row: CSGO Major Winners Dosia and mou exit Chinese team OneThree

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive major winners leave Chinese team OneThree due to coronavirus outbreak.

Amidst global health emergency declared by World Health Organization (WHO), prominent Counter-Strike players Mihail “Dosia” Stolyarov and Rustem “mou” Telepov have departed OneThree due to coronavirus outbreak and rise in reported cases. As of now, there are 9,800 confirmed cases of coronavirus while approximately 12,000 are suspected cases. Over 200 have died due to the virus outbreak.

Earlier this week, WESG postponed its Asia-Pacific qualifiers which were to be held on February 16-18 in Macau. Overwatch League also cancelled matches that were to be held in China in the upcoming months. League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) is also likely to be postponed.

Mihail and Rustem joined OneThree in December 2019 after being on Gambit Esports’ bench for the most part of 2019. They departed the Chinese squad without an official match.

OneThree’s roster after the departure of CIS duo is now:
