CS2 Update Brings Changes in 9 Maps

Yet another CS2 update is dropped by Valve and this is a big one. On August 21, the developer launched a patch that focuses on fixing specific bugs and minor inconveniences in CS2.

All the maps from the Active Duty pool have been subjected to some or the other changes except Dust 2. Since the launch of CS2, most of the maps from the pool have been facing minor bugs that weren’t readily apparent at first glance but they were incredibly annoying. Mirage, arguably the most popular map underwent most bug fixes which goes to show that even the oldest maps aren’t free of bugs.

The August 21 update is the third patch for CS2 to be released in three days. The community was taken aback by the developer’s abrupt change as they had known for months and despite rumors of a new operation, all we are getting are minor bug fixes. At this rate, the developers will have squashed most of the bugs that have been coming in the way of players regularly in a short period.
