FaZe beat Mouz to reach the finals of Blast Premier World Finals

Mouseports came into the game as underdogs having lost their star player to FaZe Clan while on the other hand, FaZe came in with steller form from their last games, and with frozen hitting the ground running, they look to get back to winning silverware. Mouz having beaten C9 and Heroic looked like a roster that could go toe to with FaZe on a good day and it almost happened.

FaZe Clan started strong on their defense on their opponent’s pick of Mirage. FaZe put together a string of 4 rounds when Mouz could detonate their first bomb. FaZe started off their map pick with a crazy fast-paced pistol round toward the B-site and followed up with 2 more subsequent hits toward the same site before switching back to their default. Mouz were able to quickly the play and adjustments across the map forced FaZe to end the half with an even 7-5 scoreline.

Yet another pistol-round loss for Mouz meant that they were down 9-5 and FaZe doubled down on it to stretch the lead to 11-5 before Mouz could get going on their T-side. Mouz were able to narrow down the lead to two rounds going 9-11 down but FaZe hit back, pulling their lead to the match and series point. They let Mouz take two more rounds before closing out the game despite Brollan picking up 24 frags at a rating of 1.45.
