Furia has booked their spot at the cathedral after taking down Heroic in a close match. Both teams performed at their best but the Brazilians managed to edge out the European side with a narrow 2-1 victory.

Map 1: Mirage; Pick – Heroic; Winner – Furia
Furia started strong on Mirage, racing to a 5-0 lead till Heroic got their first map on the board. Heroic got back on their feet and only to win 4 more rounds in the half, before Heroic came back with 4 more rounds to close the half.
The second half saw another close affair where both teams traded rounds before we concluded. Heroic was on the verge of returning when Furia got stopped right on its track. The Brazilians eventually closed out the map with a 13-11 scoreline.
Map 2: Anubis; Pick –Furia; Winner – Heroic
Heroic having struggled on Anubis in the past, came up with a game plan to stop Furia on their tracks. NertZ and degster were instrumental in opening up bomb sites that saw Furia perform terribly on their defense as Heroic closed the half with an 8-4 scoreline.
Heroic started the second half with a pistol round win upon which they extended their lead to 6 rounds before Furia put together a few rounds which wasn’t an issue as Heroic quickly closed it before Furia could make it challenging. Heroic won the map with a 13-7 scoreline.
Map 3: Nuke; Pick –Decider; Winner – Furia
Furia started strong with a pistol-round victory before Heroic got on the board with the first gun round. Despite Furia winning a few more throughout the half, Heroic closed it with a 2-round lead, winning the half 5-7.
Furia stepped up on their defense after winning the pistol round and only let Heroic win just enough to win the map. KSCERATO led the scoreline with 18 frags and a 1.34 rating as they started preparing for the cathedral.
