Mythic Signs Austin

Streamer Turned Competitor: Can Austin "Austin" Meadows Find Success Alongside Veteran Players in ESL Challenger League?

Austin “Austin” Meadows’ is joining Mythic right in time for North American ESL Challenger League Season 48. After Nicholas “hate” Young leaves the squad, Austin joins Mythic to round out the roster.

Austin has become more prevalent on Twitch lately, with a steady following. Mythic will probably fit in well with the seasoned pros in the CS content creator field, notably players like fl0m, freakazoid, and Cooper. Austin has become a popular name in the community as a Streamer but only time can tell how he will fare in an actual tournament.

With a team surrounded by seasoned veterans, Austin has signed up for quite a venture. The team has players experienced in Tier-1 CS, with the likes of Cooper and Freakazoid spending a considerable amount of time competing with top teams in the region. While said players are way past their prime, we might be looking at an exciting roster given the shape of North American CS.

Mythic’s roster looks like this:

  •  Erik “fl0m” Flom
  •  Austin “Cooper” Abadir
  •  Ryan “freakazoid” Abadir
  •  Cooper “trucklover86″ Phelps
  •  Austin “Austin” Meadows
