Counter-Strike pro Paweł “dycha” Dycha is now officially a free agent. After being with Monte since July 2024, the Polish rifler finally looking for a new team.

However, nothing is surprising as it was bound to happen at some time. Dycha’s departure from Monte in mid-February hinted it long ago. At the time, whispers suggested a return post-Austin Major. However, as it turns out, the break has concluded sooner than anticipated.

Paweł “dycha” Dycha, born on August 11, 1997, is a Polish professional Counter-Strike player renowned for his exceptional rifling skills. His early career saw him playing for smaller teams like Piast Gliwice Esport and Team Kinguin, where he showcased his potential. In 2019, he joined Sprout, a German esports organization, where he gained international recognition. His performance with Sprout led to an offer from ENCE in 2021. He gained the most popularity during his time with ENCE (2021–2024). Dycha even won several tournaments while playing with that team. He also played a crucial role in ENCE’s deep runs in prestigious events such as PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and ESL Pro League Season 17 & 18.

Now, after what he describes as a period of much-needed rest, dycha is actively seeking a new home.
