His early career saw him playing for smaller teams like Piast Gliwice Esport and Team Kinguin, where he showcased his potential. In 2019, he joined Sprout, a German esports organization, where he gained international recognition. His performance with Sprout led to an offer from ENCE in 2021. He gained the most popularity during his time with ENCE (2021–2024). Dycha even won several tournaments while playing with that team. He also played a crucial role in ENCE’s deep runs in prestigious events such as PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and ESL Pro League Season 17 & 18.
