Apeks have announced the signing of the former NIP player Dennis ‘dennis’ Edman on a free transfer. He was already playing as a stand-in for the team for nearly two months in replacement of Haakon ‘Radifaction’ Tholo who has now been benched by the team.
In his two month tenure he led Apeks till the semi finals of the Elisa Invitational and the last 16 stage in the open qualifier for cs_summit 6 by having an average of 0.98 rating overall. The swedeish veteran said that the players of this team had a lot of potential and were hungry for winning games and titles. He also said that many other teams had an interest in him but he preferred them because of good players and also the same native tongue.
He will make his debut for the team as a full member against Unicorns of Love in their first match in the Cyber Bet Summer Cup. Later on they will also be playing against NEMIGA in the LOOT BET Season 7 tournament.
