The Faceit production crew casting the qualifiers for ECS had to evacuate the building reportedly due to bomb threat, thereby putting the stream onto hold. On September 16th Team Liquid and eUnited were into the 19th round when Faceit caster announced the police are shutting down the building to investigate a suspicious unknown package.

While the stream was paused the match continued with Team Liquid taking the victory with a 16-13 finish and an overall 2-1 victory over the series. Although the match is up on twitch but unfortunately it without commentary as of yet.

Update, 10:47 PM IST, September 17: The Santa Monica Police Department has announced there is “no threat to the public” after their investigation, and confirmed the area is planned to be reopened before 10pm.
