CSGO: MIBR to sign trk – Report

According to a report by HLTV and Globo Esporte, Made in Brazil (MIBR) is likely to replace Ignacio “meyern” Meyer with Alencar “trk” Rossato. 17-year-old joined the Brazillian lineup half a year ago from Sharks. His playstyle and statistics were highly ambitious at Sharks which led to his arrival at MIBR.

However, he couldn’t replicate the same over at MIBR and his stint with the lineup is about to cease with an overall 0.97 HLTV rating throughout the period. MIBR is pursuing Team One’s Alencar “trk” Rossato. If the 24-year-old is signed, MIBR will yet again go back to a full Brazillian lineup.

Team One played the recent ESEA MDL Season 34 match against Under 21 without Alencar “trk” Rossato due to alleged ‘Steam Guard issues’. According to Globo Esporte, the organization has begun to search for a new fifth amid Alencar “trk” Rossato’s probable departure.

This move comes amid a string of unsatisfactory results. MIBR placed 10th-12th position at BLAST Premier: Spring 2020, 5th-6th position at DreamHack Open Anaheim 2020 and falling short of Flashpoint 1 title after choking in the third map of the grand-finale against MAD Lions.

If MIBR goes ahead with the roster move, they will lose 20% (190) of 950 RMR points which they had gathered for ESL One: Road to Rio. MIBR has already lost 40 points out of 300 points gained at StarLadder Berlin 2019 Major due to retaining only 3 players out of 5 from the lineup that played in Berlin.

Earlier in March, the organization benched their coach Wilton “zews” Prado and brought back Ricardo “dead” Sinigaglia while Lucas “LUCAS1” Teles’ departure paved way for Ignacio “meyern” Meyer. Both of them were part of the StarLadder Berlin 2019 Major roster.

If MIBR moves ahead with, their lineup will be:

  • Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo
  • Fernando “fer” Alvarenga
  • Epitacio “TACO” de Melo
  • Vito “kNgV-” Giuseppe
  • Alencar “trk” Rossato
  • Ricardo “dead” Sinigaglia (Coach)
