We now have our 8 final teams who will contest for the Blast.tv Major Championship.
The Blast.tv Legends stage has finally concluded and we have our final 8 teams who start their Champions Journey on May 18. The Legends stage saw several heavy-duty teams exit from the Major, namely the Ninjas in Pyjamas, ENCE, G2 Esports, and Natus Vincere.
It all came down to FaZe going up against Natus Vincere which saw Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyljev and his men fumble against the multinational squad in the decider series. G2 Esports were outed by Fnatic who were further denied their chance by the Brits, and Into the Breach who were considered the underdogs coming into this major.
The Champions Stage kicks off on May 18 with Heroic locking horns with FaZe Clan in the opener followed by Monte taking on GamerLegion on Friday. Later that night, Team Liquid will go against Martin “STYKO” Styk and company at Apeks, with both sides having to get past their deciders to qualify.
