As we reach the final day of the Legends stage of the IEM Rio 2022 CSGO major, the teams need to put up their best performances if they wish to secure a spot at the prestigious Champions stage of the tournament. The last day of the major saw Heroic, Outsiders, and Fnatic proceeding to the playoffs as Vitality, Bad News Eagles, and Sprout found themselves being eliminated from the event.
Only three spots on the Champions stage remain up for grabs as six remaining teams – MOUZ, ENCE, BIG, NaVi, Liquid, and Spirit – look to contest for the playoffs. All these teams are currently a part of the 2-2 pool, having won two matches and lost two matches each.
