Cyberpunk 2077 Has Gone Gold

Cyberpunk 2077 creators have announced that the game has gone gold which means that it is ready for mass production and distribution soon.

The game is one of the most awaited games in 2020 and this announcement indicates that the physical copies are ready and will hit the shelves soon.

A game has gone “Gold” typically refers to a practice that the physical copies are ready in a mass-produced state and can be distributed very soon. This does not mean that the game is fully built yet. Most of the features are far from being perfect.

The game will be published but future patches that will solve bugs and issues can be expected

As per the official announcement, the game is ready to hit the shelves on 19th November and the physical copies will be finally sold after a long wait. The game can be assumed to hit a number of patches within a short period of time and Cyberpunk 2077 buyers can expect a ton of issues with the game that will be solved with the Day One patch.

The CD Projekt Red will continue to build this game until it is completely ready but for now, the physical copies are ready to be sold.

Cyberpunk 2077 releases on PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 19th.
