It can be easily said that Twitch is an extremely versatile streaming platform. From talk shows and podcasts to video game streaming, Twitch is home to all sorts of live streams from a plethora of content creators.
However, some of these categories on the platform are common to cause controversies.
‘Body Painting’ is one such category where many streamers have previously reported being banned for unclear reasons.
It is also often claimed that the rules of the body painting section are vague, and this has resulted in some heated situations involving banned streamers who claim to have not violated the ToS.
Streamer ‘DelightDaniTV’ has resorted to Twitter to lash out at Twitch following her indefinite ban from the platform for ‘Inappropriate body-art.’
Through a series of Tweets, she explained how her body-art didn’t breach the body painting rules of the streaming platform while expressing her discontent at the platform for handing her an indefinite ban.
“TWITCH JUST PERMANENTLY BANNED ME FOR DOING BODY ART,” she said, attaching a screenshot from her stream and the notice sent by Twitch. “I HAD MY PASTIES COVERED, OPAQUE PAINT, AND WAS FOLLOWING ALL TOS. THIS IS KINDA BULLS**T GUYS.”
She claimed that her body paint was opaque, which is contrary to the reason Twitch had listed as the reason behind her ban.
Twitch is yet to comment on Dani’s ban.
