Professional Dota 2 player Jimmy “DeMoN” Ho has been indefinitely banned from participating in the North American DPC League for past misconduct in Dota 2 tournaments. The news was shared through the official Twitter handle of the NA DPC League.
It has been clarified that Team Aristotle, DeMoN’s team, will be allowed to continue competing in the NA DPC League after registering a replacement player.
DeMoN has been accused of sexual misconduct multiple times in the past. Back in June 2020, former Twitch staff Eleine Sun had accused DeMoN of pulling her into a small room and demanding a kiss from her while he held the door closed.
However, the specific reason behind DeMoN’s ban is still uncertain. In response to a tweet from Peter “Ppd” Dager, David Parker, BTS founder, said that they had received “information that was substantiated” when they banned DeMoN from BTS events last year.

DeMoN has continued to deny these allegations through a series of Tweets he posted shortly after his ban. “Absolutely ridiculous that allegations from anonymous people can ruin your whole reputation and career,” Demon said. “I denied ALL of the accusations. A horrible statement does NOT make anyone guilty but that’s what it feels like it’s constantly leading back to.”
