With the highly anticipated BLAST Slam III being just around the corner, BLAST.tv has officially revealed the full list of teams invited to the prestigious Dota 2 event.
Scheduled to kick off on May 5th in Copenhagen, Denmark, BLAST Slam III will feature 10 elite Dota 2 teams who will battle it out for a share of the humongous $1 million USD prize pool.

Dota 2 BLAST Slam III Format Explained
As with its previous editions, BLAST Slam III will divide the ten participating teams into two groups, where they will have to compete in a single round-robin format. The teams will then move on to the single-elimination playoffs, with seedings corresponding to their positions at the end of the group stage.
The top team from each group will advance directly to the Semifinals, while 2nd-place teams will enter the Quarterfinals. Teams finishing 3rd will begin in Round 2, whereas those placing 4th and 5th must first fight their way through Round 1.
Group Stage matches will be played as best-of-ones, while Playoff matches will follow a best-of-three format—except for the Grand Final, which will be a best-of-five showdown.
