Five confirmed teams at ESL One Mumbai 2019 have dropped out of the tournament, one week prior to the event. The competition will continue to be played with substitute teams.
Ninjas in Pyjamas along with Alliance & Gambit Esports have qualified for OGA DotA PIT Minor 2019, and hence have chosen to prioritize that over ESL One Mumbai 2019.
Chaos Esports Club & J.Storm on the other hand dropped out of the event due to other commitments, ESL announced on their website.
