PGL Dota 2 Wallachia Season 2 will be divided into the Group Stage and the Playoffs. The Group Stage, which follows a modified Swiss-system format, began on October 4 and will run until October 9. Each match will be a best-of-three series, with the top eight teams advancing to the Playoffs, while the remaining eight teams will be eliminated.

The Playoffs, held from October 10 to 13, will use a double-elimination bracket. All matches, except the Grand Final, will be played as a best-of-three series. The Grand Final will be a best-of-five series to determine the tournament champion.
