Will Dragon Ball Sparkling Zero Get Cross-Platform Support?

Crossplay Remains a Mystery for Upcoming Dragon Ball Fighting Game

Dragon Ball Sparkling Zero preview at the Gamescom LATAM has been a smashing success and fans can’t wait to get their hands on the game.

Scheduled to release on October 11th, Sparkling Zero will bring back the fan-favorite Budokai Tenkaichi franchise after almost 20 years. Budokai Tenkaichi remains arguably the best DB game but the latest version will not only see a generation improvement in animations and performance but a drastic change in the storyline of the anime will also be included.

The highly anticipated game will be released for Xbox, PS, and Windows as confirmed by the developers fans do not know if it will come with cross-platform support which it let gamers from different platforms play together.

Will Dragon Ball Sparkling Zero have cross-platform support?

“Sparking Zero official Japanese website, scroll down, you’ll see a small grid at the bottom, last thing there, cross-platform compatibility states incompatible for everything.” pointed out one Reddit user.

Judging by the track record for Dragon Ball games, cross-platform support has been in demand for a while but massively overlooked by almost every developer. As things stand, Dragon Ball Sparkling Zero is unlikely to feature cross-platform support unless the developers decide to throw in a last-minute surprise.

The game is set to release on October 11th, 2024, and with only a couple of months to go it is unlikely to see any change in the cross-platform support status.
