ESPL Season 1 accumulates 100 Million Video Views

Free Fire esports is currently at its peak in India with huge tournaments rising the bar of competition. ESPL 2021 was one of the biggest Free Fire tournaments organized in India till date. The production, marketing, participation and everything else went to a whole new level in this tournament and as a result, ESPL 2021 gathered over 100 million video views in its first edition.

The organizers spiced up this event once it reached the group stages. ESPL became the first tournament in the world to implement the IPL-styled franchise format for Free Fire. Eight top teams represented eight cities in India and after a healthy but cut-throat competition, Mumbai Marshalls emerged victorious.

This tournament also brought in a blend of traditional sports and esports as Sports Ministers of various cities endorsed this event by revealing the logo and jerseys for their respective city. Delhi Deputy CM Mr. Manish Sisodiya was also invited as a guest at the awards ceremony and gave inspiring insights on the future of esports in India.

Bollywood star Tiger Shroff was the face of this tournament as he represented as a brand ambassador. Multiple feats made ESPL 2021 a successful event in its first season. The result was incredible as well because the overall video view count crossed 100 million in its first ever season. This is a testament to the success of ESPL in India.

TSM FTX represented Team Mumbai and walked away after winning the massive ₹12 Lakh monetary prize and bragging rights to be the Champions of ESPL 2021.
