Pokémon UNITE fans in India have a lot to be excited about as the Pokémon UNITE Championship Series 2023 Qualifiers have been announced. The tournament is set to take place from April to June, with a prize pool of $75,000 up for grabs. This three-month-long competition will determine the two teams that will represent India at the Pokémon UNITE World Championship 2023, which will be held in Yokohama, Japan, and will have a prize pool of $500,000.
The India Qualifiers will be an open-for-all tournament that will have an April Qualifier, May Qualifier, and the Last Chance Qualifier. The eight teams that will advance to the India Playoffs and compete for the two slots in the World Championship will be determined through these competitions.
Currently, registrations are open on the official website, and up to 256 teams will compete in the April and May Qualifiers. The top three teams from each qualifier will advance to the Regional Playoffs, while the Last Chance Qualifier will determine the last two teams in the India Playoffs.
