After two successful esports events, Formula One Esports announced that their third season would feature $500,000 compared to $250,000 in the last season.
The fans of F1 will now have another reason to follow the sport since this kind of pool brings in more talent to the competition.
The format of the event remains identical to the previous years, except, the participants can now quality for Formula One event through PlayStation 4, Xbox One & PCs.
Formula One Esports – Qualification Stages
The players qualified through the first stage will head to the Pro Draft Stage. Therefrom, the best players will qualify for the The Pro Series event.
Following the candidatures at the Pro Series event, the real Formula One teams will chose their drivers from the qualified players.
